Common questions

Won't my client know you designed it instead of me?

Not unless you tell them. White-label is the default — your logo, your contact info, your brand on every deliverable. We've been doing this for dealers for years; nobody's ever flagged it.

What brands do you design around?

All of them. Control4, Crestron, Savant, Josh.ai, Lutron, RTI, Apple Home, Home Assistant. We design to your brand stack, your distributor relationships, and your install team's strengths.

How does the Monthly Partner billing work if I don't use all 5 designs?

Unused designs roll over one month. Beyond that, they reset — but most Partners are running through their 5 by week three. If you're consistently using fewer, we'll talk about a smaller plan.

Can you handle commercial projects too?

Small/mid commercial yes. Boardrooms, restaurants, retail, training facilities. Large-scale commercial integration we'd refer out — that's a different beast.

What about programming — Crestron, Control4, Lutron?

$197/hr remote programming on Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, RTI, Josh.ai. Monthly Partners get 2 hours included. Most install jobs need 8–20 hours of programming — outsource it and free up your install team.

Is there a contract?

No annual contracts. Per-project is per-project. Monthly Partner is month-to-month — cancel any time, no penalty.
