A motorized, hidden theater inside a USAI-lit, Savant-controlled custom home.

Started as a simple system quote. Once our client fell in love with the lighting design, we hired on to coordinate with his builder, designer, and electricians. The theater itself disappears into the architecture — JBL audio, motorized shades, projection screen on a Cisco/Ruckus network, all controlled by Savant.

Common questions

My room is awkward — odd shape, low ceiling, or it's a basement. Will this still work?
Yes. Most rooms we design for aren't perfect cubes. Awkward dimensions are exactly where a real design earns its money — speaker positions and sight lines that compensate for the constraints, not pretend they don't exist.
Do I have to use Atmos? What about a simpler 5.1 or 7.1 setup?
No, we design for whatever configuration fits your goals and budget. Atmos is great when the room and budget support it. We'll be honest about whether your room is worth the extra speakers.
I want a media room, not a dedicated theater — does this still apply?
Yes. Half of what we design is multi-use media rooms — TV during the day, theater at night. We'll tell you what compromises that costs you and design for the priority you want.
What if I'm building a whole home with a theater inside it?
Our Whole-Home Plan ($1,997) includes both a complete smart home design and a dedicated theater design — usually the better value if both apply.
How long does it take?
7–10 business days for Visualization and Theater + Strategy. 14 days for Build Plan. Rush available — message us.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We revise it. The design isn't done until you're confident handing it to your builder. If we genuinely can't get there together, we'll refund the design fee.
